Steel authentic Stand Vintage Salvage

We have a Steel Stand Vintage Salvage item. It is on 3 legs all on one side - because of the way the legs are positioned it stands alone on it's own. I'm not sure what this was made for. From the top of the open circle pipe on top to the bottom of the feet it is about 12 1/2" in h, the top opening of the pipe is about 2" on the inside dimension. The 3 legs are about 7" in h where they connect to the center x about 13 3/4" across the flat widest point on the bottom from one foot to the other. There are 3 screw holes on the feet beside them. This has more surface rust than original finish, the original finish is hard to authentic find on it. I would say it's in fair to poor condition.
