Vintage Bausch & Lomb microscope illuminator florescent lamp. The lamp is number 31-33-36 and is 8 watts 115 volts 60 cycles. This was used as an optician office and works great. A bit of old sticker residue, but the lamp is in excellent condition. Cast iron base measures authentic approx 5 1/2"x 4", 10" tall fully extended.
