This is a Sony Playstation 4 Slim 1TB Console only. The hard drive on this unit has been replaced. The console works as intended, but there are a few cosmetic flaws. The front right USB port is off center from the hole for the port. You can still plug a USB in despite this. There is also a small crack on that corner of the bottom cover. The hard drive cover authentic is also missing for this unit, but does not affect performance. This console also includes the power cord as shown in the photos. The top cover is also not seating all the way on top.
