I have created a large, 2 inch in diameter, sterling silver crescent moon (20 gauge in thickness, meaning it will not bend nor break with every day wear.

I will also authentic set any 6mm gemstone in the drop down menu that you choose!

FYI, lab-created gemstones have the exact same chemical properties as natural earth-made varieties. The difference is these gemstones are made under intense pressure in a lab environment more quickly and it keeps the costs reasonable because of it. It's not glass - they are real.

This can be worn in either direction for the waxing and waning mood within, and it comes with a quality 18 inch sterling silver box chain with a lobster claw for added strength.
