RARE authentic Art Glass Penguin Artist Signed SHIRLEY Elford - Penguin Glass Sculpture - Bubble glass

I believe this is a one-of-a-kind piece.
It it made by a Canadian glass Artist that is well known
for her sculptures.
Signed on the bottom Shirley Elford.

This is a solid glass with a spiral bubble design.
There is a blue/purple bow, which add a touch
of whimsy. In very good condition. There are a few
scuffs on the bottom.
