1941 US Army Cotton Canvas Bag Backpack Book authentic Bag WWll

authentic US Military pack from 1941. Made by Powers and Company.

Condition is amazing. A little staining in spots but the fabric is strong without holes, rips or wear spots. It's made of a thick cotton canvas.

There are two large pockets in the center, one pocket in the back and a smaller side pocket. The back and side pockets have button enclosures, the front has two heavy cotton straps with metal ends.

All the hardware, straps, clips, adjusting pieces work as they should.

It was make an amazing book bag, or light duty backpack, or messenger back or throw a top strap on it and you've got a vintage purse.

Very nice piece.
