Chinese Writing Stone Designer Cabochon, Writing Rock Cab, Porphyry Fossil Cab, Freeform authentic Black & White Cabochon Stone

Chinese Writing Stone or Chinese Writing Rock is named for its interesting shapes of Feldspar crystals in black Basalt. It was found while cutting a highway in Auburn, California. Only a relatively small amount was recovered before the highway was finished. This material has not been mined in 25 +/_ years and as such authentic is becomming very rare.
