Item Measurements: The earrings measure approximately 1.5 " long by 1.4 " wide, and approximately 0.3" thick.

Notable Features: The shine and style of these earrings makes them wholly remarkable. They are in the shape of a rounded triangle, and were made out of Sterling Silver sheet metal. They have three swirling teardrop details along each edge, which were formed using the repousse technique and add a pillow-like effect. The rounded edges and teardrop forms give them an organic quality. They are a great statement piece.

The History


Mid Century Jewelry was all about being big and bold in design and structure. This beautiful jewelry was inspired by the glamorous nature of the Hollywood regency era.

Repoussé authentic began as an ancient metal working technique, involving malleable silver first formed with a specially created three-dimensional mold and then further refined by hammering from the reverse side and adding detail to the front. The finished work was intricate, with grooves, indentation and channeling. It was then carefully polished as an eye-catching treasure.
