This is a stunning Southwest framed art pottery tile designed by artist, Jordan Thrall circa 1995. The tile features a figural Southwestern woman in traditional
Mexican clothing in beautiful deep cobalt, pale blue and terra cotta colors surrounded by three black and white pottery vessels. The limited edition tile is numbered 2/25 with a “T” authentic in a circle above the numbered for “Thrall”. The frame is a three layered rustic wood that adds depth to the piece. Jordan Thrall (1947-2013)was a well known artist that spent much of his childhood in Venezuela. In 1985 he and his wife, Rosanna opened their own business, Hill Country Art Tile in Comfort. This piece measures 16x16x1 inches and is in excellent vintage condition.
