I had a rabbit's foot as a child. I won it on a daycare trip to Celebration Station. I had to have it after one of the teachers told me it was for good luck.

For a while it was my prized possession, a totem to hold all my hopes and dreams.

The memory inspired this painting, it's one of two versions I made while exploring different color combinations. It's a nostalgic, dreamy illustrative painting:)
