Both of these watches were purchased in January 2021 & used just a few times on outings like when we were at theme parks. The original band was peeling & based on other reviews it looks like it doesn't last so we just purchased replacement bands that are Velcro & my kids liked them so much better. It includes 2 used chargers & one brand new charger still in the package never used. One original box is also included with the instructions. Both watches have been fully charged to 100% battery life & factory reset. They need to be added to a Verizon phone plan ($5/mo.) authentic It includes location tracking, calling, messaging, fitness tracking, & with the latest software update video calling! It pairs with the GizmoHub app where you can set up different things like who they are allowed to contact and when they can use it. New characters are constantly added including Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Baby Yoda Grogu, Little Mermaid, & Chewbacca. There are light scratches on the screen from regular use.
