Antique authentic dress buckle, carved MOP, rhinestones and steel cuts

This gorgeous, one of a kind buckle measures 3 3/4" long by 1 3/8" wide. It has a slight outward curve to allow comfort at the waist. It could also be used as an ornament on a chain too. I think if I were to use authentic it I would stitch it onto a velvet belt that has a velcroe closure to as to not cover up the beautiful steel cuts
