Here is an amazing oldee! A lovely, EXTRA LARGE 1971 book of art prints: Twenty Silver Ghosts, by renowned automobile and stamp artist, the late Ewart Melbourne Brindle. Known for his automobile artwork, and featured in many automobile advertisements since the midcentury, this book is a labor of love for the Rolls Royce Silver Ghost autos that were produced in the early days before World War I.

Extra large pages are suitable for framing!
Includes brief biographies of C.S. Rolls and Henry Royce authentic and the early partnership that created the incomparable RollsRoyce products we know today. Text by Phil May.

I found this book very interesting as a casual car enthusiast, and for those who appreciate the beauty and quality of the Rolls Royce products, this amazing volume should be in your library.

The large size reminds me of the Seinfield TV episode where Kramer invented the "coffee table book that became a coffee table!" Measures about 18 1/2" x 15" with illustrations on the right hand pages that are attached only on 3 corners--- for easy removal to frame them --is my guess?

The book is complete and in good condition overall. Ivory cloth bound hardback has red RollsRoyce emblem. Front of dust cover has cellophane tape along the bottom , where someone taped it to the inside of the cover. Inside front cover shows tape along the bottom still. Dust jacket has some wear and a few small tears along the bottom and top edges, from use.
Book itself is in good condition, with no marks or tears that I see. Spine is slightly loose from the weight of the book pages. Would be best stored flat to prevent any further damage. All the pages are in tact.

Includes artist's auto detail sketches and layout sketches in the back. If you need more photos, just convo me. Beautiful volume!
