We suggest acclimating your plant for at least 2 weeks before re-potting. Travel will induce stress to plants as they are living things, but do not worry they will bounce back. Reach out to us for any questions, we are glad to help!

In ultra rare cases, some leaves may have cosmetic imperfections such as creases, tears, knicks, or cuts from shipping.
This is purely cosmetic and normal and does not affect the health of the plant.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. The cheapest (but slowest) shipping service we offer is USPS First Class Mail. You can choose to upgrade your shipping speed to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Depending on where you are receiving the shipment, it may be beneficial for you to choose a faster shipping speed. In most cases, it takes about 4-5 business days to receive your plant if you choose first class mail. We recommend selecting priority shipping to reduce transit time, which will induce less stress on the plant.

If the plant arrives safely and undamaged in the original packing, we are not responsible for the livelihood of plant if you fail to understand how to maintain the health of plants. You must do your own due diligence in taking care of plants. Yellowing of leaves upon arrival is normal in most cases due to travel induced authentic stress. You should always provide extra attention and care to plants that have been shipped.

If you choose First Class Mail:
We will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

If you choose Priority:
We will only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

If you choose Priority Express:
We will only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The reason for these shipping days is so that your plant does not get stuck in a box over the weekends when USPS does not deliver mail.
